NO PREP, JUST PUT UP THE SLIDES
COMMUNITY BUILDING AFTER WINTER BREAK, BACK TO SCHOOL
Inspired by TikTok, here is a fun way to learn more about your students and what they were up to over break!
Can be played in person or online! (I have had excellent success with it during distance learning!)
Have students hold up both hands with all 10 fingers visible. They put a finger down if the statement applies to them. It’s a fun and safe way for students to share about themselves and see how they are similar or different from classmates.
Online: Have students hold 10 fingers up to camera. I stop screen sharing so my students can use gallery view and see everyone. You can share slides if you’d like though.
In Person: present slides to students and so they can hear you read the statements aloud and also see them.
